If you’ve visited either of our construction sites in Royal Oak lately, you’ve no doubt seen that this cooler-than-usual weather isn’t slowing down the progress of construction at The Reeve on Viewmont Avenue or Travino Gardens, the last building under construction in the Travino community.

Travino Gardens

Progress continues on Travino Gardens, which reached its full height back in December. You may have noticed the building is being constructed in two stages – the first, flanked by Travino’s future community gardens and gazebo with water features is further ahead in the construction process. The outside of the building is nearing completion and interior finishing is well underway.

The second and higher stage of the building has soaring views in all directions and is surrounded by Travino’s future walking trails and water features in the central plaza. The roof is now complete and solar panels for the central hot water system are on site and ready to be installed. Window installation is almost finished and decking and siding installation is also well underway. Work on the interior of the building is about to begin with insulation, drywall and the installation of tubs and showers.

As Travino Gardens our final phase, we’ve also started construction of the water features, gazebo and walking trails that will complete the beautiful Travino community in the months ahead.

The Reeve

Expect to see major changes each week at The Reeve as the project is in full swing with 16 townhomes now under construction! The first series of homes in phase one are nearing completion, including the future on-site show home and presentation centre. Stay tuned for news of it’s opening in the weeks ahead.
